This year is coming to an end and you must be excited for the coming year. You must have made many plans for the new year. This means that this is also time to create some resolutions for the coming year as well. You must be thinking about various things and resolutions, but you can’t ignore your health while making resolutions for the new year 2019. This is the time to start thinking about your health seriously and make some resolutions for the coming next year. There are some simple habits which you can change or include in your daily habits to stay healthier and happier. Take proper sleep: If you think that sleeping for four hours to five hours in a day is sufficient for you, then you are absolutely wrong. Lack of sleep can lead to various health problems which can prove fatal for your health. It can lead to weight gain, weak immunity, lack of concentration and affect your brain health as well. You should take at least seven to eight hours of sound sleep every day which is very important for your good health.

Drink Plenty of water: Water is very important for your good health. Drinking at least seven to eight glass of water every day is very essential. You should maintain a habit of drinking at least two glass of water every day just after you wake. It can do wonders for your health. It will help in improving your digestion and shedding extra kilos from your body. It will also boost your overall health and help in keeping your body hydrated.

Exercise Regularly: To stay healthy and fit, it is also important that you exercise daily. It will help in building your stamina and good health as well. Try to include some sort of physical exercise or activity in your daily routine such as walking, cycling, skipping or gyming. Physical activity will help in maintaining you in good shape as well as will lighten your mood.         

Minimize your caffeine intake: If you tend to drink more than four cups of tea or coffee in a day then you need to change your habit. You should not drink more than two cups of tea or coffee in a day. Excessive intake of tea or coffee can adversely affect your health and sleep as well. Therefore, try to keep a watch on your coffee/tea intake and minimize it.

Fiber-rich diet: A fiber-rich diet is very beneficial for your overall health. It can help in controlling your weight and even maintaining a good weight as well. It helps in improving your digestion, healthy gut and manage your diabetes too. Don’t forget to include fresh fruits and veggies in your daily diet for a healthy and fit body.
