Here, we are sharing the names of six Bollywood actors who worked behind the camera before coming on big screen.
Varun Dhawan: He is well educated and has acquired a degree in Business Management from the Nottingham Trent University. He has started his career in Bollywood industry as an assistant director to Karan Johar for the SRK-Kajol film “My Name is Khan”.
Sidharth Malhotra: He started his career in modeling when he was just 18. This charming man also worked as an assistant director for Karan Johar’s film “My Name is Khan” along with Varun Dhawan before starting his career as an actor in “Student Of the Year” movie.
Sonam Kapoor: This Bollywood diva has started her career behind the scenes with the recommendations of her father Anil Kapoor. She worked as Assistant Director to Sanjay Leela Bhansali on “Black” in 2005. It was Bhansali only who inspired her to lose weight to become an actor and cast her in “Saawariya” opposite Ranbir Kapoor.
Parineeti Chopra: She is one of the Bollywood actresses who is highly educated. She has earned a triple honors degree in business, finance, and economics from Manchester Business School. She started her career with Yash Raj Films in their PR team and worked with them as PR agent for a few years.
Ranbir Kapoor: He pursued a course in method acting from the reputed Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. After completing his course he grabbed a job as an Assistant Director on Sanjay Bhansali’s movie “Black” along with his Saawariya co-star Sonam Kapoor. He also assisted his father Rishi Kapoor while he was directing the movie “Aa Ab Laut Chalen”.
Arjun Kapoor: He started his career as an Assistant Director before becoming an actor. He also worked as an assistant producer. He worked as assistant director for the movie on “Kal Ho Naa Ho” and “Salaam-e-Ishq”. He worked as an assistant producer on the movie “No Entry” and “Wanted”.
